How much will you pay for my property?
This depends on a number of reasons, location, condition and type of property. We will pay up to 80% of the market value.

Can I still live in the property?
Yes, we would be delighted to have you as a tenant. If however you wish to move on that is not a problem, we will still buy your property.

When will I receive the money?
Normally we will complete with 7 days. The legal side of the sale may take a couple of weeks longer. After the initial 7 days we may be in a position to advance funds.

What areas do you buy in?
Ayrshire Real Estate covers the whole of the UK.

Who will know about the sale?
The only people outside Ayrshire Real Estate and the solicitors that will know will be the people that you tell. We remain confidential to you. You will not have a "For Sale" board in your garden.

Can I buy the property back from Ayrshire Real Estate?
Yes, we offer you the right to buy the property back at any time within the first twelve months at the price we paid you for it, less our costs to buy and sell. After the first twelve months you will have the option of first refusal at market value for the first five years.

What costs do I have to pay?
None, we pay everything.

Who covers the cost of maintaining of the property?
We do. That means less expense for you.

Will you buy a property with a sitting tenant?
Yes.

I am in arrears with my mortgage and about to be repossessed - Can you help me?
Yes, provided you have equity in your property we should be able to stop the repossession and save you and your family being evicted. Contact us before it's too late.
