How does it work?

Ayrshire Real Estate will make you a cash offer for your property, subject to survey.

If you wish to accept we will instruct a chartered surveyor from your area to value the property.

Ayrshire Real Estate covers all costs.

Providing the survey is satisfactory we will the get the solicitors to put plans in place to pay off your debts if you wish and buy the property. If you do not have your own solicitor we can put you in touch with one and we will cover the cost.

The two solicitors will draw up the papers that we both have to sign to make the transaction legal.

Prior to completion if you wish to remain in the property you should have returned our tenancy agreement.

The property will remain your home to live in even after the sale.
